Through these series of Labs we will use Art Therapy and expressive techniques to lead you exploring your feelings and learning how to say "yes or no" without being rude, aggressive or feeling guilty. The meetings will be held in english, all people with at least level B1 of english are welcome.

Attraverso questa serie di laboratori utilizzeremo l'Arte Terapia e le tecniche espressive aiutarti a esplorare i tuoi sentimenti e imparare a dire "sì o no" senza essere scortese, aggressivo o sentirti in colpa. Gli incontri si terranno in lingua inglese, sono benvenute tutte le persone con almeno un livello B1 di conoscenza della lingua inglese.
